Traditional Breton village in the heart of Brittany. Nearby to the property is the beautiful countryside
of the Armor with its outstanding Natural Forests, Chateaus, Lakes, Golf and within only 20 Mins of
Golden sandy beaches. The infamous Rose Granite Coast with its Picturesque Rock formations, again
is within just a short drive away.

The property is popular with Ramblers, Cyclists & Golfers because of the surrounding beauty and of

With all the ammenities you would expect, Food & Wine is available from our Cottage Menu, but of
course you must sample some of the Local Cuisine with lots of good Restaurants to choose from.

Louar Toaz is a three Storey accomodation set in about 6 Acres of land overlooking beautiful views of the
surrounding Countryside and is just 2 Mins away from the fantastic Golden Sandy beach of St Efflam.

St Efflam offers many Water Activities and has daily Sand karting on its large Beach. There are lots of
Traditional Restaurants and Bars and the Market Town of Lannion is just 15 Mins away, where you can
shop till you drop.

As well as Lannion there are smaller Markets at nearby Villages which are well worth going to, to get a
real feel for France.

The Coast line of Brittany is over 360 Miles long with just fantastic scenery everywhere you go, you will
without doubt find a spot that you will want to visit again and again.
