If you would like to make a booking then you can either print, then post or fax us this form, or
alternatively contact us via telephone or email to enable us to check availability and make a booking.

Provisional bookings will only be held for 14 Days in order for you to send us your completed Form and
a deposit of 50.00 pounds sterling ( Eurocheques are also exceptable ). Once we have received your
booking form and deposit we will confirm your booking and post you an information pack.

By making your booking for accommodation through us we can offer you substantial

TERMS & CONDITIONS.


1. The properties known as The Cottage, Guernavalou & Louar Toaz, Treduder are offered for holiday rental
subject to confirmation of Mr.Kevin.Caswell (the owner) to the renter (the client).

2. To reserve a property, the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with a
payment of the initial non refundable deposit (50.00 Pounds Sterling). Following receipt of the booking form and
deposit, the owner will send a confirmation invoice and statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.
The deposit will be refunded in full if for any reason the booking cannot be accepted.

3. The Balance of the rent is payable not less than six weeks before your arrival. If payment is not received by
the due date, the owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled.
Reservations made within six weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

4. A Security Deposit of £100 must be payable on or before your arrival here. This must be paid in cash or a
cheque (with Guarantee Card). This is in case of, for example, damage to the property or it's contents. However
the sum reserved by this clause shall not limit the client's liability to the owner. The owner will account to the
client for the security deposit and refund the balance within two weeks after the rental period. The deposit may
be collected on arrival. Any damages by the client should be reported before departure.

5. Subject to clauses 2 & 3 above, in the event of a non-insurable cancellation, refunds of amounts paid will be
made if the owner is able to relet the property, and any expenses or losses incurred in so doing will be deducted
from the refundable amount. It is strongly recommended that the client should arrange comprehensive travel
insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's belongings etc. as these
are not covered by the owners insurance.

6. The rental period shall commence at 15.00 Hours on the first day and finish at 10.00 Hours on the last day.
The owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled
to remain in occupation after the time stated. However due to different times of arrival and departure these times
can be flexible with the prior consent of the owner.

7. The maximum sleeping capacity must not be exceeded under any circumstances, no tent, caravan or camping
car may be set up within the boundaries of the property without permission.

8. Clients must respect the internal rules and regulations particular to the property and use only parking spaces
allocated to that property. On departure a visit will normally be made in the clients presence. If no prior
appointment is made the visit may be carried out after the clients departure. The property must be left
completely clean and tidy.

9. The client and party acquire no rights whatsoever over the property excepting occupation as a holiday let for
the period booked. The client shall not sublet the property.

10. The Client shall report to the owner (or owners agents) without delay any defects in the property or
breakdown of equiptment. Arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made by the owner or his
representative as soon as possible.

11. The Owner shall not be liable to the client for;

For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any
equiptment or appliance in the property/garden.

For loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the
control of the owner.

For any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property shall be destroyed or
sibstantially damaged before the start of the rental period. In such event the owner shall, within seven days of
the notification to the client, refund to the client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.

12. Under no circumstances shall the owner's liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the
rental period.

13.The use of the accommodation and amenities where offered is entirely at the use'rs risk and no respnsibility
can be accepted for injury to a user or visitor and any loss or damage to the user's or visitor's belongings.

14. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to any motor vehicle or its contents.
