The Farmhouse
La Ville Herve is a beautiful, old stone farmhouse which sleeps up to 8 people plus 2 babies.
Accommodation includes:
- Large open plan living/ dining room.
- Large galley kitchen.
- 2nd smaller living/ dining and kitchen.
- Childrens play and relaxation room.
- Downstairs double bedroom ( ideal for people with disabilities )
- Downstairs bathroom with bath/shower attachment and sink.
- Downstairs seperate toilet.
- Upstairs 3 double bedrooms.
- Upstairs 1 twin bedroom.
- Upstairs walk in shower with two double sinks.
- Upstairs seperate toilet.
DOWNSTAIRS
Entering in through the main front door leads straight into a large, open plan living/ dining room which is spacious, light and airy with aircon, comfortable L shaped sofa, plus poof and a large dining area, smart tv with netflix and wifi.
The long galley kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/ freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, e.t.c.
Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, lots of storage and a toilet and sink.
Through the next door leads to the back of the house which has a jacuzzi which is suitable for four people.
Next to this is the wellness room which has a dry heat sauna, mini gym and pamper/ beauty treatments.
Continuing downstairs is a second smaller kitchen with all mod cons, living room with comfortable seating area with tv and dining area which seats four people at a breakfast bar.
Through the hallway is a seperate toilet, bathroom with a sink and a bath with shower attachment, a double bedroom with plenty of storage space and a double bed, next to this room is a childrens play room/ relaxation room with beanbags, games, books and play station 5.
Back through the second kitchen is a spacious cloakroom and lovely wooden staircase which leads to upstairs.
UPSTAIRS
Leading up the windy, wooden staircase are;
Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with plenty of storage space, lovely wooden floors and great lake views from your window.
There is a seperate toilet and a bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower.

- We have a cot and highchair available upon request.
- No smoking inside the property.
Pets Welcome
We welcome well behaved dogs, all we ask is that you respect these requests:
- Please keep pets off all furniture.
- Please remove pet hairs from rugs and furniture before you leave.
- Please clean up poo and put it in a dog sack tied and place it in the brown bin.
- Any damage caused by the pets will be taken out of your security deposit.
- Please bring your own pet bedding and towels.
- Please DO NOT use the house towels for your pet. Humans only.
